Employee Health Fairs

In any population, the top 20% of high-risk participants typically account for over 80% of the health costs for the organization. Effective interventions targeted at this high cost segment can yield substantial savings for your company.

Conducting health fairs provides an opportunity to be proactive and minimize or even avoid major medical expenses.

In addition to identifying conditions that place employees at risk, we provide individual consultation and ongoing support for employees who have a known chronic illness such as diabetes or hypertension. Education empowers individuals to manage their condition and helps to avoid complications which impact the work environment.

The type of Health Fair we conduct for you will be determined by the company’s goals, and the physical space available.

The cost of conducting the Health Fair will be determined by your goals and available space. There will be a minimum charge for Health Concepts to coordinate your fair, provide Health Risk Appraisals and follow up consultation. Additionally, the cost of the lab work will be offered at a significantly discounted rate for EAP members.

We suggest employees share the cost of lab work and health risk appraisals. Even a small contribution provides a personal incentive to commit to lifestyle changes.
